蒋书文

蒋书文,男,教授,博士生导师,2002年于四川大学获博士学位。现在电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院、电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室从事科研和教学工作。目前主要研究方向为集成敏感薄膜与特种传感器、微波电子薄膜与集成器件等。作为项目负责人和主研,承担了总装预研、总装创新、基础科研、国家自然科学基金以及横向合作等项目10余项。在国内外重要刊物上发表论文40余篇。获得省部级奖励2次。 [1]

在Appl. Phys. Lett.、Jpn. J. Appl. Phys.、Ferroelectrics、J. Cryst. Growth、Appl. Surf. Sci.、J. Vacu. Sci. & Tech.、Thin Solid Films、《摩擦学学报》等国内外刊物上发表论文30余篇,他引60余次。获得四川省科技进步奖二等奖一次,申请国家发明专利4项。从事四川省精品课程《半导体物理》及《混合集成电路》的教学工作,曾获电子科技大学教学成果“半导体物理课程建设”一等奖一项。

从事航空发动机工作环境下集成敏感薄膜材料与特种传感技术、测试技术的研究,满足极端条件下的测试需求。 [1]
